Medical Insurance
All full-time, permanent employees are eligible for health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield after 60 days. Selco pays the employee premium. Employees may elect to add coverage for their dependants and/or spouse.

Life Insurance
All Selco employees are covered by employer-paid term life insurance. Portable supplemental life insurance is also available.

Dental Insurance
Dental coverage is voluntary. Premiums are paid by employees.

Vision Coverage
Vision coverage is voluntary and offered at a discount through the medical insurance carrier. Premiums are paid by employees.

401(k) Retirement Plan
After one year of full time employment, all Selco, Inc. employees are eligible to join the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, administered by Great-West.

Holidays & Vacation
Full time employees, depending upon length of service, are eligible for up to three weeks of paid vacation.
