Defect Rate
Customers reported a 1.29 defective parts per million (DPPM), or less than 0.1% of Selco produced and globally distributed items which required corrective action.
Corrective Action
Selco maintained an average of 0.17 days (less than 1 day) for corrective action response time to customer complaints. This translates to less than 1/5th of the customer's required corrective action response time (5 days maximum) for providing corrective action response.

The Selco Production Department maintained a 99.95% average in-process acceptance rating as inspected by Selco Quality Control for both first & final article audits. Additionally, pre-shipment preparation audits were reported by Selco Quality Control at 100% acceptance rating.

Physical Inventory
Customer guidelines for inventory dollars are net 98% accuracy and gross 94% accuracy. For 2007, Selco distribution physical inventory dollar values were net 99.9% accurate and gross 99.7% accurate.
